The sudden departure from our world of a young, talented, and exceptionally respectful and understanding young man of just eighteen years is something that will be a loss not only for those who had an opportunity to meet him but for all those that would have if God hadn't called him home. It is remarkable how much life can be lived in such a short time. Before visiting his first school he had taught himself to read. He soon had a wall of certificates for his achievements showing a passion for learning and his pursuit of excellence. With great patience he would share what he'd learned with others.
He loved traveling perhaps more than anything else, and after traveling halfway around the world before his second birthday, he was eventually to navigate and drive to dozens of states and a couple of provinces in Canada, with in depth knowledge of the local geography and culture.
While we will all miss his presence among us we will always treasure the time he shared with us.
Nicholas is survived by his loving parents, Stephen Lund and Sabrina Singha, his Godfather, Michael Peter, his Uncles Timothy and Brenden, his Aunts Sally and Amy, his Cousins, Great Uncles, Great Aunts, Great Cousins, numerous other relatives on both sides of the world, and his friends everywhere.
