
Bob Stucki died peacefully in the arms of his wife Holly in Cape Coral, Florida, on the morning of January 1, 2016. Bob was born in Oklahoma City on October 7, 1934 and as a child moved with his family to Evansville, Indiana. He is a graduate of Evansville Central High School.
Bob married Patricia Louise Burch in 1957 and they had four children. Patty and Bob moved to Washington State in 1986 where they resided for eight years before moving to Lee County Florida. Bob was preceded in death by Patty who passed away in 1994. Bob is survived by his four children: Amy Barnett of Cape Coral, Florida, Ann Peterson of Orlando, Florida, Mike Stucki of Englewood, Colorado, and Jeff Stucki of Arlington, Washington. Bob is also survived by his wife Holly whom he married in 2013, and his seven grandchildren: Joseph Stucki, Macy Peterson, Max Peterson, Aaron Barnett, Abi Barnett, Josiah Stucki, Kimean Stucki.
Bob was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of First Assembly of God Church. Over the course of his lifetime he was employed as a salesman, bus driver, alaskan king crab fisherman, and truck driver. Bob also held positions as a minor league baseball scout, high school football and basketball referee, and amateur writer. Bob was a prayer warrior and soul winner and a Shepherd of Hidden Oaks Retirement Home.
A memorial service will be held in Bob’s honor on January 15, 2016 at 10AM at First Assembly of God Church, 4701 Summerlin Rd., Ft. Myers, FL 33919. Arrangements by Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park. Info 239-334-4880.
