With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Lee Arowood, who went home to be with the Lord on August 20, 2025, just days before her 78th birthday. Sharon was born on August 30, 1947, in Gastonia, North Carolina, and at the time of her passing, she made her home in Lehigh Acres, Florida.
Sharon was a woman full of life, laughter, and love. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a sweet spirit that touched everyone she met. A deeply creative soul, she found joy in drawing, painting, writing stories, and singing. Sharon’s faith was the cornerstone of her life, and her devotion to God guided her every step.
She is survived by her children and their families: Carissa Hyatt, Kenneth Arowood Jr., and Adam Arowood, along with many other beloved relatives and friends who will cherish her memory forever.
Though Sharon has left this earthly home, her laughter, kindness, and creativity will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
