

Mrs. Gribble is survived by: her daughter, Kimberly Gribble Praniewicz; her son-in-law, John Praniewicz; her sister-in-law, Carol Love Salsgiver; her niece, Tracy Salsgiver Gifford; her great nephews, Jacob and Joshua Gifford; her nephew, George Salsgiver and many nieces and nephews by marriage. She is proceeded in death by: her parents, Theodore and Trudell Gardner Salsgiver; her brother, George Salsgiver: and husband, Paul Gribble.
Mrs. Gribble graduated from Punxytawney High School in Punxytawney, PA and Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, PA. She went on to a career with Sylvania and a flight services company. After marrying and moving to Pittsburgh, PA, she became a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, reading, travel, spending time with family and friends, including the “Stotler Road Gang” who played cards, drank tea and chatted on the back porch in the evenings. A beach lover, Mrs. Gribble retired to Vero Beach, FL with her husband and eventually settled in Orlando to be close to her daughter. A life-long lover of animals, she enjoyed having pets, especially cats and supported animal causes.
A gathering of family and friends for Barbara will be held Monday, July 11, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. A celebration of life will occur Monday, July 11, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. A reception will occur Monday, July 11, 2022 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. A committal service will occur Monday, July 11, 2022 from 3:15 PM to 3:30 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6026 North Us Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
