Betty M. Ganz, age 98, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at her home in Vero Beach. She was born on March 7, 1926, in Hawley, PA, the daughter of the late Esther Keim Corcoran and Harold J. Thompson. Mrs. Ganz was a lifelong resident of Sparrowbush until her move to Florida in 2005, to live with her daughter and son-in-law. Mrs. Ganz was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, William D. Ganz and her brother, John Lovelace. She is survived by her brother, Joseph F. Corcoran; a son, David W. Ganz, his wife, Patricia; a daughter, Nancy McKeague, and her husband, Steve. She has six grandchildren, Michael (Alyssa), Bryan (Stephanie), Kyle (Danielle), Kevin (Christie), Jamie (Allen) and Harley (Angela) and twelve great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 4th, at 1:30 p.m. at the Sparrowbush United Methodist Church, 44 Main Street, Sparrowbush, NY. Interment will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sparrowbush United Methodist Church.
