

Marianne was born in Elmira, NY and had been a resident of Fort Pierce for 33 years coming from Olean, NY.
Prior to retiring, Marianne worked as a counselor at the Juvenile Assessment Center in Fort Pierce for 13 years. She supported the Democratic Party and was a huge Buffalo Bills fan. Marianne was a member of the St Mark The Evangelist Catholic Church in Fort Pierce.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Leon Sterle, of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Mary Kathleen Sterle, of Jacksonville, FL, Margaret Kelly Sterle, of Tampa, FL; son, Thomas Philip Sterle, of Jacksonville Beach, FL; 3 grandchildren, Kevin James Sterle, Lily Angela Sterle, Daniel Gordon Sterle; brothers, James Donahoe, of Elmira, NY, Mark Donahoe(Michele), of Syracuse, NY, Gerald Donahoe(Karen), of Horseheads, NY, sister, Kathleen Shelton(Randy), of Gainesville,VA and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 4:00-8:00pm with a prayer service at 5:00pm at Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00am on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at St Mark The Evangelist Catholic Church 1924 Zephyr Avenue in Fort Pierce, FL. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce FL.
