Naomi Underhill

Born in Hudson, MI she had been a resident of Fort Pierce, FL for one year, formerly a 64 year resident of Tucson, AZ.

Naomi attended Davis Business College in Toledo, OH.

In 1947 Naomi and her family moved from Michigan to Tucson, Arizona. Naomi worked for the Arizona Cripple Children’s Clinic for 20 years.

Naomi enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, needle point, reading and playing cards. She was a former Brownie Leader for the Girl Scouts and Den Mother for the Boy Scouts. She was a member of Rincon Congregational Church, Tucson, AZ.

Survivors include, daughter Bonnie Bohannon and husband Edward of Port St. Lucie, FL; son Floyd Underhill and wife Alexis of Olympia, WA; sisters, Joyce Foster of Addison, MI and Charlene Knickerbocker of Clarklake, MI; and grandchildren Michael and Andrew Underhill. She was predeceased by her husband of 30 years, Joseph Underhill and brother Dale Stiverson.

A service and committal will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at 12:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel South Lawn, Tucson, AZ. A service and reception will be held November 20th 4:00pm, at the Somerset Congregational Church, MI, Somerset, MI.
