

Born in Columbus, OH he has been a resident of Fort Pierce, FL, for the past 16 years, formerly of Bellaire, OH.
Robert was a United States Army veteran, serving in Europe during World War II and received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor.
Prior to retirement, he was an electrician for Allied Chemical Co. in Moundsville, WV for 34 years. Robert was a Mason and a member of the American Legion in Bellaire, OH. Robert was also a member of Lakewood Park United Methodist Church, Fort Pierce, FL.
Survivors include, wife, of 63 years, Agnes E. Biggins, of Fort Pierce, FL, sons, Robert H. (Kathy) Biggins, of Byesville, OH, William (Terri) Biggins, of Richmond, VA and Dale (Leif) Biggins, of Port St. Lucie, FL, daughters, Constance E. (Mark) Dunn, of Lakeridge, VA and Susan Runyon, of Ashland, KY, sister, Claryss Tobin, of Columbus, OH, 8 grandchildren, Martha McCue, Kate Rossi, Jamie, Andy, Jared and Tyler Biggins, Brandon and Ian Runyon and 1 great grandchild, Madelyn Rossi.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2011, at Lakewood Park United Methodist Church, Fort Pierce, FL at 1:00pm.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lakewood Park United Methodist Church Building Fund, 5405 Turnpike Feeder Road Fort Pierce, FL 34951 or to Treasure Coast Hospice 5000 Dunn Road Fort Pierce, FL 34981.
