Sheree was born in Parkersburg, WV and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 51 years coming from Pikeville, KY.
Sheree was a manager at Fort Pierce Housing Authority for 5 years in Fort Pierce. She enjoyed golf, reading, camping and cooking. Sheree was of the Jewish faith.
She is survived by her mother, Phyllis Oakes, of Vero Beach, FL, sons, Jacob Layne and Jeremiah Goodman, both of Vero Beach, sisters, Carla Klein, of Vero Beach, FL, Sandy Layne, of Tallahassee, FL, and Kathy Layne, of Grant, FL.
A Graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce, FL.
Arrangements are under the care of Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL.
