Sue Ann Soares

Sue Ann Soares passed away unexpectedly September 3, 2024.

Sue lived nearly 80 years in Owego, NY and Ft Pierce Fl, with her earlier years as a beauty pageant contestant, telephone operator, cocktail waitress, and many years working at IBM Owego. Throughout her life Sue loved to travel with family and friends- especially to Aruba and cruising whenever possible even working as a travel agent in Florida. She had a fondness for gambling and sometimes excelled at it. Sue will be missed and at peace once again with her husbands and her many beloved pets.

Sue was predeceased by her husbands; Albert Marcocci and Joseph Soares; her Father and Mother- Elton "Hubby"Hulbert and Hilda (Gibson) Hulbert; her sister and brother-in-law-Carol (Hulbert) Franz and William Franz. Sue is survived by her niece and children-Theresa Franz, Tyler and Molly DeWitt; her nephews and their wives and children-Craig Franz(Julie),Abbey and Olivia and nephew Daniel Franz(Arianna); and her cousins Edie Hulbert, Gene(Tammy) Hulbert and Katy (Lyle) Walker.

A visitation for Sue will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. A graveside service will occur Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6026 US-1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946.
