ELIZABETH MCCALL 1923 2010-On Saturday, December 18, 2010, Elizabeth (Liz) McCall widow of Burton McCall, Abernethy, SK. passed away at the age of 87 years. The funeral service will be held in the Knox United Church, Abernethy, SK. on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Brian R.. Mee officiating. Cremation with interment in Abernethy Cemetery. Liz was predeceased by her husband Burton in 2001, infant daughter, Shirley Ann McCall in 1946, son-in-law, Alex Putitch, parents, Philip and Apaline Issel, two half brothers; Joe and Steve Golly, one sister, Kay Hack. Liz will be sadly missed by her two daughters: Lorraine Puritch, Medicine Hat, AB. and Dianne (Stan) Ismond, Abernethy, one son, Les (Donna) McCall, Abernethy, five grandchildren: Jennifer (Kevin) Adair; Danny (Renee) Ismond; Carla (Rick) Green; Lorrie (Trevor) Jesse and Trevor (Carla) Puritch, also seven great grandchildren, one brother, Philip (Lil) Issel, Fenwood, SK. and one brother-in-law, Harold Hack, Melville, her nieces, nephews and her many cherished friends. Special thank you to all the staff at the Balcarres Integrated care Centre for all their compassion and care.
