I will forever treasure the last three years that and grandma have spent so close to me and my family. We were all so dearly blessed to have a grandfather like you. And gramps I will out fish you on the other side....love and miss you every day....until we meet again.

Jake you will be missed by everyone you touched with your humor and kind spirit! In the 5 short years I had the pleasure of joining your family, you embraced me with open arms and I am forever grateful.
