Laura-Lee Pinay

As a loving partner, mother, daughter, and sister Laura showed everyone that a good heart, a strong spirit and a sense of humour can accomplish anything in life.

Laura was predeceased by her father Edward, sisters: Anne, Paula, and brother Barry, paternal, maternal grandparents, and niece Becky-Lynn.

She is survived by partner Darcy, her children: Terry (Kat), Alex (Nihal), Andrew (Krystal), Sarah (Shawn), Christian (Michelle), Lolita (Rocky), grandchildren: Nicholas, Aliyah, Chloe, Savarah, Lanaya, mother Elizabeth, siblings: Niel (Donna), Percy (Lillian), Blaine, David, Arlene (Breeze) as well as aunts & uncles: Mickey (Flora), Christopher (Donna), Alvin and nieces, nephews and many relatives. Laura's kindness, generosity, laughter and wit made her a much-loved woman who enjoyed life with her family and many friends she made through the years.

The funeral service will be held in the Pesakastew School Gymnasium, Peepeekisis First Nation on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with band Elder Mike Pinay and Sister Bernadette Feist OSU officiating.

Interment in Mary Immaculate R.C. Cemetery.
