After a long life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to friends and family, we announce the peaceful passing of Lesley. She was the beloved wife of Roger; mother to Shane, Hayley, Dale, and Andy; grandmother to nine; and great-grandmother to six.
Lesley lived for the people of Fort Saskatchewan. Her volunteer work and commitment to local organizations touched countless lives. Since arriving in the Fort in the summer of 1968, she dedicated herself to helping others in every way she could.
After managing Twice But Nice for over 30yrs, Lesley retired as her health began to decline and Alzheimer’s progressed. We are grateful for the care she received at home from Jody, the Fort Hospital, and finally Rivercrest Nursing Home where the staff looked after her with great kindness and respect.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lesley’s memory may be made to the Fort Saskatchewan Boys and Girls Club, an organization close to her heart.
A memorial service will be held at the DCC Theatre on Monday Dec 15, 2025 at 11am.
