It is deep sorrow we tell you of the passing of our beautiful mother, Anna D. Davis Stouffer. She would have celebrated her 89th birthday on May 20th. Mom was the last living and youngest of 12 siblings. Her son, Butch, who passed away earlier this year, is waiting her arrival along with Jesus, who has been preparing for her arrival for some time. Also preceding Mom in death was her grandson, Brandon Stouffer. She was the secretary for the Plant Manager at Universal Packaging for 26 years. She was a member of East Side Baptist Church and particularly enjoyed Real Women, Real Life. To say she was an avid reader would be an understatement! She loved reading!
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 2:00pm at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 4, 2017, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Edwards Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Surviving children are Lyn Faldon of Alma, Steve Stouffer (Pam) of Fort Smith, Jane Stouffer of Fort Smith and Dan Stouffer (Roxanne) of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Shelly Gibbons of Florida, Rae Wornkey (John) of Van Buren, Randy Faldon ( Georgia) of Van Buren, Sandy Bruce, Leslie Reece of Fort Smith, Bryan Stouffer of Fort Smith, Haley Nicodemus (Kyle) of Fayetteville, Traye Yerton of Fort Smith and Leigh Yerton of Fort Smith, Danny Stouffer (Sara) of Centerton, Nikki Fletcher of Fort Smith and Sarah Wilson(Jeff) of Fort Smith; 21 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
A special thank you to Michael Moellers, her nephew, for years of constant care. To the Peachtree Hospice ladies, thank you. You earned your angel wings every day. No words can express the gratitude for Mother’s best friend, Delena Wilson. You are an angel on earth and thank you.
