Artie Smith, 37, passed from this life June 1, 2025 in Fort Smith. He was born November 9, 1987 in Fort Smith to Stanley and Suzie (Newman) Smith. Artie was a Marine Corps veteran. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed being in the outdoors.
Artie is survived by his wife, Destiney Smith; his daughter, Avahlynn; his son, Artie Jr.; his parents, Stanley and Suzie Smith; two sisters, Melissa Edmonds and Amanda McAllister; two brothers, Jonathan Smith, and Aaron Smith.
Memorial Service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Fort Smith National Cemetery.
