"Aunt Bea" Beatrice Hassell

“Aunt Bea” Beatrice Hassell, 103 of Spiro, OK passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011. She was born July 13, 1908 in Vesta, AR to the late Iner and Anna Harrison. She was a member of Murry Spur Freewill Baptist Church and a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Earl “Pete” Hassell; four sisters Inez Mainard, Blanche Schmuck Martin, Kate Parker, and Exene Boyd and two brothers: Clifford and Bill Harrison.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday, November 14th at Murry Spur Freewill Baptist Church in Spiro, OK. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.

She is survived by two brothers Clayton Harrison and Othel Harrison both of Arkoma, OK and numerous Nieces, Nephews, great and great, great Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tom Parker, Doug Schmuck, Gary Harrison, Skip Parker, Bob Parker, and Randy Harrison.

Viewing will be 12:00 Noon to 8:00 PM Sunday, November 13th at the funeral home.
