I also worked with Brenda in Labor and Delivery. I loved her sense of humor and the stories she could tell. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this very sad time. she will be missed.

James, Brendan, & Jessica my thoughts are with you all at this this time of sorrow.  Brenda was one of my best friend and co-worker for many, many years.  We shared a part of our life together at work and at play. She often called me her second mother.  She will leave a big hole in my heart that can never be filled.  This came as a big shock to me since just speaking to her recently.  I am sure she will be up in heaven watching down on us and visiting with all the past friends and family.

Brenda was such a loving wife and mother and a dear friend and neighbor.  I remember so much her kindness and guidance when we first moved to Fort Smith.  I have such fond memories of our children playing together when they were little.  I will be thinking of you all and sending much love and sympathy.

James, Brendan, Jessica and family; I would hug you each so tightly if I were there, because words cannot express my feelings on the loss of Brenda. Brenda always had a simple solution when I would talk to her about any problem. She had a unique ability to see the answer to life's problems...no matter how near or far away I lived. ( Probably why she made such a wonderful nurse! ) I will miss her dearly.  I hope in the coming days you will let family help you, the way your mother was always there to help all of us. I pray God eases your sorrow and gives you strength during this difficult time. I hope you find solace knowing she has gone home to be with our Lord, and will be waiting for us all. Until that day, I am certain she will be watching over all of her family.

Jessica and family, we are saddened to hear about your loss. All of us at BKMSH hope that you can find a small bit of comfort that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Brenda and I have been friends since our kids started kindergarten.  I have so many memories from those early years, working with her in PTA, on fundraisers, school carnivals, etc. In the last few years we became closer friends, having lunch at her favorite mexican restaurant at least once a week. I think she would have eaten there every day if she could. She was a wonderful person and my best friend and I will miss her dearly.
