Born October 24, 1978, in Nampa, Idaho, to Diana Kearney and Robert Randall, Brenda was diagnosed with cerebral palsy around age one. Despite the obstacles she faced, she never let them define her. Brenda embraced life with joy and laughter and was often the life of the party.
Brenda loved her family fiercely, especially as a mother to her daughter Elizabeth and her son Jonathan and, the title she treasured most, Grammy to her grandchild, Zach. Her faith in the Lord shone through in the kindness and love she showed to family, friends, and all who met her. Brenda was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. As she often said, “The Lord may not have given me the way to walk upon this earth, but when I get to Heaven, I am going to run through fields of the most glorious wildflowers.”
Today as Brenda is running in Heaven's beautiful field of wildflowers, she is lovingly remembered by her children Elizabeth Wright and Jonathan Wright; grandchild Zach; her faithful fur companion Cinnamon; mother Dianna Kearney of Dallas, Texas; father Robert Randall; siblings Shelly Osborn (Durango, Colorado), Bethany Elmore and husband Jason (Terrell, Texas), Amy Simon and husband Ron, Christina Watson (Arkansas), Robbie Randall (California), Ryan Randall (California), Wrallie Randall (Branson, Missouri), Jennifer Harris (Dallas, Texas), and Amanda Calloway and husband Kenneth (Kaufman, Texas); and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will all miss her dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on March 27, 2026, at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Edwards Funeral Home to help cover Brenda's funeral expenses are gratefully accepted.
