Charles F. Mills, 63, of Fort Smith, died October 28, 2013 in Rochester, MN. He was born January 27, 1950 in Teaneck, NJ to Henry and Anna Olker Mills. He was a retired employee of Beverly Enterprise now Golden Living as a Programmer. He served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Smith Transit Authority and was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Judy of the home; two sons, Jason Clayton Mills and Kevin Charles Mills both of Fort Smith; and two sisters, Jeannette Youmans of Chesapeake, Virginia and Lois and husband Richard Zabel of Naples, FL. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM in Christ the King Catholic Church with cremation to follow the mass. Services and cremation are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home on Friday evening from 5-7 PM.
