Dorene Sivley

Dorene Sivley, 86 of Fort Smith passed away Thursday, July 6, 2011. She was born February 18, 1925 in Horatio, AR to the late John L. Goins and Ola Thorne Goins. She was a Lutheran, and a retired LPN from Holt Krock Clinic. She was also a member of the R.S.V.P., A.A.R.P., and Holt Krock Clinic Retirees. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Bonnie Redfern, brothers Lloyd Goins, Clermon Goins, Bud Goins, and her husband Leotis Sivley.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Friday July 8, 2011 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery with Pastor Ronnie Gilmore officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.

She is survived by two sons: Ronald Sivley & his wife Rhonda of Muldrow, OK and Gary Sivley and his wife Roberta of Mt. Ida, AR her sister Belle Dunlap of Arkadelphia, and brother Billy Cody Goins of Jonesboro, four grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her long time friend and companion of Dr. Art Martin of Fort Smith.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Fentress Mortuary.
