Dorothy L. Rogers, 89 of Fort Smith died Tuesday, October 28, 2014. She was born April 4, 1925 in Greenwood. She was a Methodist and a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband James A. Rogers.
Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 3, 2014 at the Oak Cemetery Pavilion. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary. Viewing will be 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Rogers is survived by two daughters; Anita Jo Johnson of Slidell, LA, and Linda Gail Rogers of Tulsa, OK; one son; Jimmy Rogers of Slidell, LA; four brothers; Jack Vaughn of Ft. Smith, Charles Vaughn of Miamisburg, OH, Carl Vaughn of Hemett, CA and Dee Vaughn of Idaho, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
