Elizabeth Britt Ludington

Elizabeth Britt Ludington, 76, of Fort Smith passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013 in Fort Smith. She was born May 22, 1937 in Russellville, Arkansas to Carl M. and Evelyn Matthews Britt. She was a bookkeeper for S.R. Ludington, CPA, and a member of Goddard United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Sam Ludington of the home; two daughters, Laura Graham of Conway, AR and Lana Underwood of Cameron, OK; one sister, Jo Claire Emerson of California; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Carl M. Britt, Jr. Memorial service will be Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Goddard United Methodist Church under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. Private family committal will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will greet friends Monday evening from 5-7 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
