Florence "Robin" Esther Stevenson

We are sad to announce the passing of Florence “Robin” Esther (Hodgeman) Stevenson on 7/16/2023 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Florence was comfortable at home surrounded by loved ones after a long battle with lung cancer. Florence was 69 years old.

Flo was preceded in death by her father Herbert William Hodgeman on 6/30/1997, mother Florence Alice (Wunsch) Hodgeman on 1/29/1995, sister Rebecca June (Hodgeman) Stanley on 12/06/1990, and sister Linda Joy (Hodgeman) Pombo on 7/30/2003.

Flo exhibited the love of Jesus with a gentle and meek spirit. She attended The Red Barn Calvary Chapel San Bernardino, CA before moving to Oklahoma three years ago where she attended Maple Free Will Baptist. She is a beloved daughter of Christ and her legacy of faith dwells in all her loved ones. Florence graduated from San Bernardino Valley College and had a 20 year long career with the school district in San Bernardino, CA as a Cafeteria Manager.

Flo is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, Robert Michael Stevenson, siblings: Sandra Christine (Hodgeman) Silva, Brenda Louise (Hodgeman) Laplante, Herbert Byron Hodgeman, Matthew William Lawson Hodgeman, children: Lisa (Ormonde) Falcone, Robert Shannon Stevenson, daughter in love, Naomi Christine (Miller) Stevenson, son in love, D. Scott Falcone, grandchildren: Zachary Scott Falcone, Faith Lauren Falcone, Katrina Renee Stevenson, Joshua Tinajero Stevenson, Andrew Michael Stevenson, Christy Isabella Stevenson, Luke Christian Stevenson, & Mia Manuela Stevenson.

The family will have a private interment ceremony at Fort Smith National Cemetery, 522 Garland Ave Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901 on Friday 7/21/2023. A celebration of life will be held at Maple Free Will Baptist 106218 S. 4715 Rd. Muldrow, OK 74948 on Saturday 7/22/2023 at 1:00 PM; all are welcome. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
