Frances Nan Nicholson, 79, of Booneville passed from this life June 3, 2022 in Fort Smith. She was born to James and Ruby McCanless in Fort Worth, Texas on January 6, 1943. She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on July 7, 1970 at Will Rogers Memorial Center, Fort Worth, Texas. Frances married Carl E. Nicholson on May 4, 1957.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Charlene Nicholson; her son James Nicholson and his wife Sheryl; five grandchildren, Micheal Nicholson, Breanne Yeager, Corey Nicholson, Luke Nicholson and Olivia Quintero; four great grandchildren, Emery Atkinson, Cressida Nicholson, Guinevere Nicholson and Atlas Nicholson; two sisters, Nina Long and Charlene Shutt, and one brother Lloyd McCanless. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Curtis Nicholson and a granddaughter Miranda Nicholson.
