Helen Claire (Lee) Millard, 74, died on December 27, 2013 at her home in League City, Texas with her children and grand children present to say good-bye. Since her diagnosis in July 2009, Helen had been battling Parkinson's Disease. She was born February 27, 1939 in Wolf Point, Montana, the daughter of Clarence and Inga Lee. Helen began working in retail furniture sales and small business book keeping while raising a family in Arkansas, Kansas, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Nebraska, Texas and Iowa. After all of the moving about was done and the kids were out of the nest she returned to Texas in 1984 to complete her education. While going to college, Helen began working for Delta Airlines in international and domestic flight reservations. She worked at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Delta's reservation center near downtown Dallas. In December 2001 Helen retired to the quiet life with C.W. In 2007, Helen and C.W. decided that they had enough of the Texas heat and relocated one last time to Billings, Montana to renew old friendships and enjoy what many have come to know as, "God's Country." During their brief retirement together, Helen became a proud member of the Bell Choir at Good Shepard Lutheran Church in Billings. Helen was preceded in death by her father Clarence A.
