He is survived by his mother, Jasmine Potts of Roland, OK; and his father, Monoito Mayes of Little Rock, AR; his maternal grandparents, James Jr. and Ashley Potts of Roland, OK; his paternal grandparents; Kendell and Greg Johnson of Little Rock AR; maternal great grand parents, Michelle Sanders of Roland, OK and Rodney Sanders of Claremore, OK; maternal great grandmother, Diana Potts of Fayetteville, AR, maternal great grandfather, Joseph Smith of Fayetteville, AR; maternal great grandparent, James and Melissa Potts of Poteau, OK.
Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. Cremation was under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Jaedin was a Happy Baby; he put a smile one every ones face; he is truly missed by so many people.
