Jane Alberta Shults

Jane A. Shults, 74, of Fort Smith, died October 4, 2012 in Fort Smith. She was born July 9, 1938 in Oklahoma City, OK to Albert and Venetta Jane Ballard Kelley. She was a Cosmetologist and homemaker, a member of the First United Methodist Church, the St. Edwards Auxiliary, and was an avid tennis player.

She is survived by her husband Glynn Shults of the home; two daughters, Terri and husband Leroy Bridges of Kansas City, MO and Sandy Long of Fort Smith; two sons, Scott and wife Cindy Winters of Alma and Scott and wife Norma Shults of Central City; nine grandchildren, Kelli Priett, Jana Kosteinik, Lindsey Manko, Megan Bridges, Atleigh Long, Chad Lee, Leon and Casey Whitehouse and Karen Kimes; and twelve great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Monday, October 8, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Roselawn Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Leroy Bridges, Scott Winters, and Jimmy Ciulla.

The family will greet friends at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday afternoon from 2-4 PM.
