Judith Janette Hartsfield Hubbard Wright, age 81 of Fort Smith passed away peacefully at 1:00a.m. Monday, September 28, 2020. She was born September 8, 1939 in Mansfield, AR to the late Robert Wayne Hartsfield and Ethel Rebecca Black McInnes. Judy worked many years at Gerber Produces and Colonial Bakery while raising her children. After marrying her late husband Glen Wright she enjoyed many years retired, camping, sewing, crocheting and having fun with friends and family. Judy loved the Lord and loved attending church with many friends at Bethlehem Free Will Baptist Church. In her earlier years she attended First Free Will Baptist Church. Years ago she also enjoyed being with her friends at Oklahoma Order of Eastern Star, Liberty Chapter No. 402 where she was Grand Worthy Matron. Most everyone called her Nana and what she loved most in life was spending time with her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids whom she loved very much and was so very proud of each of them. In addition to her late biological father, Robert and her late husband, Glen, she was preceded in death by her loving mother, Becky and daddy, Ralph McInnes; they were known as Meme and Papa to all the children. She is also preceded in death by the father of her children Van H. Hubbard. Judy is survived by 3 children and their spouses, Rebecca and Mark Macy of Kibler, and John and Stacey Hubbard of Bentonville, Michelle and Steve Futter of Fort Smith, 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 2 sisters Deronda Taylor of Fort Smith and Joyce Hubbard of Alma, as well as many nieces and nephews. She always loved to be around people she loved and was seldom without words. Preceding her death she shared with family that she was ready to be in a better place and loved everyone dearly. She can’t wait to give everyone a big hug in her new home. Graveside service will be held at the National Cemetery on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Its hard to grasp the fact that I'll never get to call you again or hear your voice. I miss you so much and would have given anything for just one more hug, just one more I love you. We had a pretty special relationship you and I. I'll treasure our memories forever. I know this isn't goodbye, but see you later. I love you so much! I'll always be your girl!! <3
