Laurie Theresa Smith, 50, of Fort Smith, passed away on June 4, 2016 in Fort Smith. She was born August 2, 1965 in New Orleans, LA to Walter and Eliza Theresa Mack Smith. She was a Phlebotomist for Sparks Regional Medical Center and she was of the Catholic Faith.
She is survived by one son, Shaine Smith of Fort Smith and a host of extended family.
There will be a family hosted Memorial Service on Monday June 13, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the St. James Missionary Baptist Church. Cremation was under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
