Lillian McCann

Lillian McCann, 79, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012, in Fort Smith. She was born April 9, 1933 in Sallisaw, OK. She was a homemaker and lifelong care giver to her daughter Rebecca. She was of the Baptist Faith. She loved gardening and taking care of her pets. She was preceded in death by her husband Sam McCann. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Will Harmon officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. She is survived by two daughters Rhonda Smith and Rebecca McCann of Fort Smith, two sons Richard McCann and Roger McCann and wife Gail of Fort Smith, two brothers Billy Morse of Roland, OK and Herbert Morse of Fort Smith, fifteen grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Rashode Smith, Marcel Smith, Ryan Gasparotto, Jesse McCann, Aaron McCann and Sammy Smith. Viewing will be Monday, November 12, 2012, from 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. The family will visit with friends Monday evening, November 12, 2012, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
