Marian Lois Cox, 76, of Mena, Arkansas passed peacefully from this life June 29, 2021 in Van Buren. She was born January 27, 1945, in Wilmington, Illinois, to Vernon Cox and Gertrude Steinbrook. Marian was a delightful person to be around and had a lot of friends. Her main focus, however, was her grandchildren. She loved spending as much time with her grandchildren as possible, always ready to go and do at a moments notice.
Marian was a loving mother to Kimberly Rodriguez, Brenda Aguilar and Tony Moore; a doting grandmother to Erika Vertiz, Arianna Guzman, Esteban Rodriguez, Alejandro Rodriguez, Enrique Melendez, Isabella Rodriguez, Cristobal Rodriguez, Jovani Palafox, Zain Rodriguez and Olivia Aguilar, and nine great grandchildren; a loving sister to Bertha Turnbough, David Cox, and Charles and Richard Stein, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
