

Mark enjoyed serving and loving his Lord, Jesus Christ. Mark dedicated his life to serving underprivileged kids and youth of Fort Smith. He ran an after school program for 22 years, and served as a volunteer chaplain at the Juvenile Detention Center. He was a role model and mentor to many youth in the community. He enjoyed race cars, sports, and his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Rainwater; five daughters, Casey Rainwater, Taneka Rucker, Karina Moore and husband Creighton, Jamie Eddleman and husband Mark, and Whitney Rogers; two brothers, Steve Rainwater, James Rainwater and wife Aimee; eight grandchildren, Bailey Rainwater, Alexa, Trayton, Emma, and Christian White, Cale Moore, Grayson and Sterling Eddleman; numerous nieces and nephews; and many to whom he was a father figure.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Rainwater and sister, Debra Knox.
At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Courage to Change Church in Fort Smith, Men's Rehab House.
