Martine Joseph Anhalt

Martine Joseph Anhalt, 65 of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014. He was born on February 14, 1948 in Paris, AR to George and Marie Anhalt. He was a Christian, Co-Owner and Vice President of Operations at SSI Incorporated and a veteran of the Air National Guard.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 7, 2013 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church., with committal service at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at St. Scholastica Cemetery in New Blaine. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife Deborah, of the home; a daughter, Angela Harvell and her husband Randall, of Roland; a stepdaughter, Ginger Pellam and her husband T.J., of Fort Smith; a son, Jason Anhalt and his fiancee Ashley Love, both of Fort Smith; a stepson, Larry Womack, III of Fort Smith; a sister, Alice Schluterman and her husband Harold, of Paris; a brother, Leo Anhalt and his wife Barbara, of Fort Smith; three grandchildren, Wyatt Harvell of Roland, Nash Anhalt and Layla Love, both of Fort Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Randy Harvell, Ryan Robbinett, Justin Wisdom, Larry Womack, III, Greg Nally and Pat Ward. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff and employees of SSI Incorporated.

Family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
