Michael Orite

He was born March 5, 1940 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Michael Thomas and Lucille Bross Orite.

He was faithful to God, to his church and to his family. Mike loved trains, going to see famous trains and taking train trips. He had model trains as a child and built model train layouts in retirement. Mike was skilled at metal working, carpentry and relief and figurine carving. Mike was a ham radio operator, call number N4KVI. In his later life, Mike loved to travel with his wife and especially loved cruises. He was able to finish almost all of his bucket list.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents and one nephew.

Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife, Karen Martindale Orite of Fort Smith, AR; children Scott Orite of Carlsbad, NM, and Amanda Orite Arnwine of Belize; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren; sisters Mary Orite Shea and Joanna Orite Kubicki stepdaughter Kealy West of Salem, OR; stepson David Rush of Springdale, AR; and three step grandchildren who will all miss him dearly.
