

Ona Mae Hough, 92, of Fort Smith, passed away Sunday, September 15th, 2013, in Fort Smith. She was born August 10, 1921 in Corinth, Mississippi to William and Ina Belle Howard Choate. She was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was a member of Cavanaugh Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Ellis W. H. Hough. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, September 19th, 2013 at the Pavilion at Fort Smith National Cemetery with Pastor Ken Stadler officiating. Burial will be at National Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. She is survived two daughters Janice Kuykendall and fiancée Dewey (Kirby) Littleton of Fort Smith and Pam Roberts and husband Randy Roberts of Siloam Springs, AR, one son Tommy Hough and wife Ines Robles-Hough of Barling, AR, one sister Mary Belle Beasley of Chicago, IL, brother-in-law Wimpy Kesner of Fort Smith, thirteen grandchildren Shawn Kuykendall, Lindsey Keys, Roger Keys, Crystal Kuykendall, Jeremy Roberts, Valerie Roberts, Shane Roberts, Jennifer Roberts, Will Hough, Leilani Ocasio, Ben Hough, Sam Hough and Robert Gilchrist, seven great grandchildren Adrie, Joshua, Carson, Cooper, Parker, Sophia and Charlie and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Sam Hough, Ben Hough, Will Hough, Robert Gilchrist, Shane Roberts, Jeremy Roberts, Shawn Kuykendall and Roger Keys. The family will visit with friends Wednesday evening, September 18th, 2013, from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
