Patricia M. Johnston

November 30th our mother went home to be with God and she had many family members there to greet her. Dad was standing at the gate in his Army Ranger uniform that he wore the day they first met and mom is young and beautiful as she was on that day.

Our mother was a loving and devoted wife to our father for 44 years and she missed him every day for 27 years after his passing. She was a loving and supportive mother who devoted her life to supporting her husband and raising her 4 children. She enjoyed traveling and loved to read. Throughout her life, mom loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In her later years, she loved to go to lunch with her daughters, shop and drive her golf cart around the neighborhood with the great grandchildren. We were all blessed to have had her with us for 93 years.

Memorial Mass will be 10:30 AM Saturday, December 6, 2014 at St. Boniface Catholic Church. Inurnment of ashes will be at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura, CA at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Ft. Smith, AR.

Patricia is survived by two daughters; Julie Udouj and her husband, Gary of Ft. Smith and Mary Jane Corbett and her husband, Lucius of Ft. Smith, two sons; Tom Johnston and his wife, Ellen of Austin, TX. and Tim Johnston and his wife, Marian of San Diego, CA., two sister-in-laws; Barbara Gregoire of Santa Barbara, CA. and Peggy Gregoire of New Port Richey, FL.; and 16 Grandchildren, and 13 Great Grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson Timothy Gregory Johnston, Jr.
