R.D. Casey, 86 of Fort Smith, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021. He was born on June 27, 1934 in Fort Smith to Wesley and Flossie Casey. He was a woodworker who owned and operated his own shop, building quality office furniture. He was a member of the Rotary Club. He loved his family and would do anything for them.
There are no services scheduled, cremation arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife Penny, of the home; a daughter, Jennifer Keifer and her husband Josh of Fort Smith; four sons, Austin Casey of the home, Ronald Dale Casey and wife Carolyn of Henryetta, OK, Michael Randall Casey and his wife Danyel, also of Henryetta and Jimmy Casey of Rudy; a sister, Sue Bolin of Fort Smith and a brother, Randall Casey of Van Buren. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
