We will miss Robert, his positive attitude and fun nature. He was great fun on a trip or at a party and was loved by everyone.  Heaven has receive a great gift in Robert.   RIP

I worked as a Security Supervisor at Gerdau for about 3 years (2014 to 2017). I had the great pleasure of seeing Robert's smiling face almost every day. If on the off chance that I had to work a 3am shift I would hear Robert give a greeting to us in security. Robert was always very helpful to security. Once I made the hard decision to leave Gerdau I left behind a family like non other. Being friends with Robert on Facebook I would see he 3am good morning posts from the gym. God Bless you Robert Chase we will miss you my dear friend. 

So sorry to hear about Robert’s passing.  Robert and I joined the Marine Corps together after graduating from Lynwood High in 1974.  We went through three months of Boot Camp together in San Diego.  After graduating, I was stationed at Camp Pendleton and Robert was stationed at Camp Lejune in North Carolina.  We only saw each other a few times after that and unfortunately lost touch with each other.  From the pictures on the website it is obvious that Robert was surrounded by a large family and lots of friends.  RIP Robert.

So long to a great friend. We have had a lot of fun over the years. Thanks for everything you taught me and for showing me the ropes when I first started working at Macsteel in 1993 as a "green" mechanic. Love you Brother! You will never be forgotten!

I will always remember that everytime I saw Robert he had a smile on his face.  I've known him for a very long time and I always thought a lot of him I thought he was a really good man, hard worker, loved his family and love to have a good time.  He loves his motorcycle too. He will surely be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with the family at this time

Will never forget last years float trip with him and his family . He always kept everybody laughing and smiling . He will be miss by so many .
