He was born September 10, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Gary Lee Frix Sr. and Janet Ann (Lee) Frix. Like his father, Terry proudly served in the United States Navy.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Kathy Ann Frix.
Terry is survived by his children, Jennifer Stiles and husband Kelly, Sasha Frix, Tim Frix, and Nick Frix; daughter in law Kaylan Rayburn; sisters Nancy Barnes and husband Michael, and Connie Bowen; brother Gary Lee Frix Jr. and wife Mariah; 9 grandchildren; his favorite niece Danielle Reding, and other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
To honor Terry’s life, a memorial service will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 at 12:30 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, 201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901. Terry will laid to rest at Fort Smith National Cemetery, 522 Garland St, Fort Smith, AR 72901, at 2:00pm, following the service.
