Adam Larry

Mr. Adam Larry was called home to peace and eternal rest August 21, 2020. Adam Larry Jr. was born to Adam Larry Sr. and Emmaline Muse on September 8, 1937 in Hazen Alabama. He received Christ at a young age, was a devout Christian, and witnessed the glory of God to everyone he met.

Adam led a full life in his 82 years. He worked for almost 30 years at the Fort Wayne State Hospital and Training Center in the boiler room. When not at work, he loved working on cars and loved to go fishing. There was not a car Adam could not fix or a fish he could not catch. He was a playful man with a twinkle in his eye. He had a kind heart and asked everyone, “You doing ok?” or “Is there anything you need?”

Adam Larry leaves to cherish his memory many family members, including his loving wife of 32 years, Judith A Larry of Fort Wayne, IN; Eight children, Barbara (David) Wick of Kenosha, WI; Catherine Larry of Fort Wayne, IN; Mark (Jessica) Larry of Racine, WI; Michael Larry of Kenosha, WI; Holly Anderson of Reston, VA; Jay (Teresa) Hyland of Ossian, IN; Julie Prince of Ossian, IN; Heidi (Todd Arnos) Hyland of New Haven, IN. thirteen grandchildren, Tyreese Mankle, Clarice Davis, Nickholas Larry, Imari Larry, Michael Jr Larry, Kayla Larry, Markese Jones, Kendra Williams, Lamont Williams, Shene Seymour, Marshay Larry, Mark Jr Larry, Mya Larry, Bria Hyland, Hannah Hobbs, Emma Hyland, Cora Hyland, Alex Prince, Brittney Moreira, Blake Stoneman, Matthew Miles, nineteen great grandchildren and a devoted sister, Mary Davis (Lotta, SC)

Visitation will be from 10 am until 12:30 pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home. Private services will be held at a later time. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery Fort Wayne IN. Memorials may be made to Trinity English Lutheran Church 450 W. Washington Fort Wayne, IN 46802-2918.
