Alice M. Lewis, 97, of Fort Wayne, passed away on March 6, 2018, at Genesis of New Haven. Born on August 20, 1920, in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Ruth (Allard) Loftus; and retired after 22 years of service as a legal secretary, at Lavell Harper Law Office.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruth (Jerry) Clifton; grandsons, Colin Clifton, Nathan Lewis, and Tyler Lewis; great-grandchildren, Ashley Clifton, and Jordan Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred A Lewis Sr; and son, Fred A Lewis Jr.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne.
