Angela Kaye Winters

Angela Kaye (Winters) Gilmore, 51, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020. Born January 10, 1969 in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Owen D. Winters and Judith (Marks) Winters, who survives. A graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School, class of 1987, she furthered her education at Ivy Tech and earned a degree as a Certified Medical Assistant. She was employed with Parkview Medical Group from 1990-2000, IVDL from 2000-2004, Dr. Sriram’s medical office from 2004-2010, and Professional Emergency Physicians from 2010-2020. She was a volunteer for five years with the Allen County SPCA and at the Italian Greyhound Rescue from 2001-2020. Her passion was helping animals; she loved helping dogs, cats, and horses. She also enjoyed taking pictures, hockey, Hallmark movies, classical music, Josh Groban, and Andrea Bocelli. Also surviving are her loving husband, Tyler V. Gilmore, married October 14, 2016; siblings, Vicki Druesedow, Debbie Rice, Lloyd Winters, and Karen Beckstein; and stepson, Michael Gilmore. No Services. Preferred memorials to the Allen County SPCA.
