ANNA GRANER COLBURN, 94, passed away on Monday, Oct. 13, 2014. Born in Elmira, N.Y., she was a World War II veteran who enjoyed travel and volunteering for many organiza tions. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bill; sons, Chriss of Avilla, Lance of Union, Ore., Wayne (Karie) of Bossier City, La., and Glenn of Fort Wayne; daughter, Claire (Richard) White of Fort Wayne; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Graner; sister, Betty Christensen; son, George; and granddaughter, Katheryn. Memorial service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Ted Jansen officiating.
