BARBARA ANN STICKLEY, 85, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011 at Miller's Merry Manor. Born Sept. 27, 1925, in Wabash, she was the daughter of the late Paul Thomas and Phoebe Olga (Millican) Houlihan. She was a registered nurse at Fort Wayne State Developmental Center for 28 years, retiring in 1990. She was a member of American Legion Post 82 Auxiliary. She is survived by her sister, Mary K. Prickett of Wabash; and brothers, P. Joe (Sondra) Houlihan and J. Pat (Barbara) Houlihan, both of Peru, Tom E. (Marcella) Houlihan of Wabash, and A. Jeff (Karen) Houlihan of Andrews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John G. Stickley Jr.; sister, Sarah J. Bertels; stepmother, Beulah Lilves; and stepsister, Nan Cook. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 1122 South Clinton, with calling one hour prior.
