Betty Lou (Bricker) Riley, 88 passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022. In 1952 she married the love of her life, Norman Riley, in Arizona. Betty had a passion for painting, birds, family and travel. She was a very kind and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Norman; daughter, Deborah (Jerry) Hartman; son, Michael (Christina) Riley; nephew, Paul (Christina) Riley; brother, Dale Bricker; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Norma Trainer and Calvin Bricker; and great granddaughter, Addison. Funeral services will be on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Betty's memory may be made to Waynedale United Methodist Church or Stillwater Hospice.
