Betty M. Wagner, 88, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Parkview Randallia in Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born in Peru, Illinois, to the late Bond M. and Helen K. (Cranford) Womack.
Betty married Jerry L. Daniels in 2008, and he survives. She worked at North Side High School for 30 years as a secretary, retiring in 1997. She was also employed with the Coliseum Ticket Office. Surviving are her sons, George M. (Bobbi) Wagner, D. Scott (Nancy) Wagner, and John R. (Pam) Wagner; grandchildren, Clint Bahr, Kelly (Matt) Veillette, Meagan (Mike) Stultz; great-grandchildren, Nolan, Patrick, Connor, Mackenzie and Madison; niece, Sharon Cufone; great-nieces and nephews, Allen, Andrew, Jenna and Kayle; step-children; Ann (Rich) Portman, and Lee Daniels; step-grandchildren, Alex, Julia, Jacob, Justin, Cole, and Carter; and sister-in-law, Ann (Mike) Hilliard. Betty was also preceded in death by brother, Bond M. Womack Jr.; and niece, Denise Fox.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home (1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne). Visitation from 4pm to 7pm on Friday, April 2, 2021 also at the funeral home. Burial in Perry Township Cemetery, Huntertown, IN.
Memorial contributions in Betty's honor may be directed to North Side High School Marching Band, and/or North Side Athletic Department.
