Bonnie Maxine George

Bonnie M (Hull) George, 91, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023. Born on November 15, 1931, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Harry H Hull and Ruth R (Feichter) Johnson. She was a 1950 graduate of South Side High School, organizing multiple class reunions, a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, and was a longtime member of the Fort Wayne Turners, the Red Hat Ladies, the Purdue Extension Home Ec Club; as well as being a passionate shopper. She retired in 1995, after more than 31 years providing loving day care for children in her home. She is survived by her daughters, Holly L (Brad) Maxwell, and Deena K (Mike) Sumwalt; sons, Kelly M (Janet) George, and Allan S George; brother, Ross Hull; as well as 10 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 1:00pm, Monday, February 6, 2023, at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, with calling from 11:00am, until time of service. Burial will be in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations may be given to Red Cross, or Fortune Academy.
