Carol worked at Lincoln Life for a number of years before working at Vera Bradley where she retired from.
She enjoyed dancing with her friends and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Carol was go with the flow and just enjoyed life. She was also a Hockey fan and attended Komet Hockey games for a number of years. Carol's son was her life, she lived for him, and after he had children, she lived for them too.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Kara) Montgomery; grandchildren, Nevaeh and Noah Montgomery; siblings, Karen Miller, Robert (Melody) Tolliver, Donna (Mike) Fisher; nieces and nephews; Josh King, Jordain King, Ann-Marie Rogers, Nick Mehdikhan, Bryan Staker, Abe Mehdikhan, Emily Tolliver, Shila Barber, Bre Baughman, Kristin Potts, and Nicole Romain.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 at 11am at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 on Thursday, October 1, 2020 also at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to North Highland Church of Christ.
