Catherine J. Glover

Cathy J. Glover, 61, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Cathy was the daughter of the late Merlin Bowers and Delores Bowers Schmidt. Cathy was working with FWO for the past 17 years. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting, baking, and quilting. There was nothing more important in this world than her family and she cherished her title "Nana." Surviving are her daughter, Tanya Glover-Myhre of Fort Wayne; son, Nicholas Glover of Tumwater, WA; grandchildren, Parker, Metea, Gabriel, Elijah, Joseph; longtime companion Dave Glover of Fort Wayne; siblings; Alvin (Debbie) Bowers of Monroeville, Bob Bowers of New Haven, Cindy Bowers, Brenda Bowers, Laurie (Chad) Black all of Fort Wayne. Cathy was also preceded in death by her step-father, Alfred Schmidt; and sister, Linda Bowers. A Celebration of Cathy's Life will be Monday, April 9, 2018 from 3 pm to 8 pm at Abundant Life Church, 3301 East Coliseum Boulevard. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Tanya Glover-Myhre. D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home will be handling arrangements.
